Home Staging Services

Staging by Sue offers a variety of services to assist you with the staging process, with options for the do-it-yourselfer to full Hands-On Staging where I will do the work for you. I want to create the most "Wow" factor with the least amount of investment. Please call or e-mail for a free quote on any of the following options.

Consultation

A consultation is required before any work can be done in your home or a report written up. The consultation includes both the interior and exterior of your home and will take approximately an hour. I will take an overall assessment of your home along with taking pictures for the purpose of the proposal and estimate. Price is determined by the size of your home.

Do-it-Yourself Written Report

A detailed written report is available for the clients who wish do it themselves. This service is in addition to the consultation and will allow me to put all of the information from the assessment together for you. Details of curb appeal, furniture placement, paint color suggestions as well as over all de-cluttering and organizing recommendations will be included in this report. The homeowner is responsible for the outcome of the project and purchasing any necessary items needed.

*If the property owner has purchased the "Do-it-yourself" Written Report from Staging by Sue and then decides within 30 days that they would like me to complete the staging, the amount paid for the consultation and written report will be deducted from the hands on staging cost.

Hands-On Staging

My Hands-on staging services will ensure that your home will be shown at its best. I can stage one room or the entire house, occupied or vacant, the choice is yours. I will take careful consideration into each room I stage so that the best features will shine through. My primary goal is to stage your home using your existing furnishings to transform an occupied home. For vacant homes, rental furniture and accessories will be required.

E-Staging

If you are just too busy to meet face to face or live outside of Minnesota, I am happy to work with you via the internet. Simply contact me via the phone or e-mail and I will do a remote consultation to find out what you have or what you would like. Then you can e-mail me the pictures of the interior and exterior areas that you would like assistance with. I will create a full step by step report that includes detailed descriptions of furniture placement, color suggestions as well as recommendations on what you can do to help with curb appeal. (Please ensure that you e-mail me photos from every corner of the room and some close up shots of special areas and items).
