I created Staging by Sue to assist you, the homeowner and real estate agents, ensuring that your listed homes create an excellent first impression on potential buyers. I found out when I sold my own home in '07 how important home staging can be. With some advice from my agent, after de-cluttering, de-personalizing and rearranging the furniture to show off my homes best features I was amazed how quickly it sold (2 days). Plus there were about 8-10 other townhouses in my complex that were on the market at the same time. From that moment on I knew that this was something I wanted to pursue.

During 17 years in the corporate world, I honed invaluable skills such as, time management, people skills and attention to detail. I decided to combine my business expertise with my creative talent and started my business. To ensure the best services for my clients I completed home staging training thru Lori Matzke with Center Home Staging, Inc. and have a Home Staging Expert designation.
